Question by TheHost-Ian&Wanderer: Does annual household income on a credit application mean just me or my parents as well since i live at home?
I just entered the total for my parents and mine combined, but i’m not sure that’s what they wanted. Is that bad? and will they hold it against me even if i didn’t know?

No just your income since this credit card is for your use only. Putting down your parents is fraud. Unless your parents will be on the account with you

Im am currently applying for Correctional Officer in Salinas Valley State Prison. I have glued the Written and Physical exams. Im going under background check which will take about 3 months. I have bad credit. Will that affect my application in any way?

Just as it says above. Do they really check how long you’ve been at your job, or do they just go by what you wrote and plug it into their formula?Reason I ask is I’ve been at my job now for around a month, but could really use a car. I’ve a down payment of about 1k, tin easily afford the monthly payments and have been denied in the past for ‘not being on the job long enough’, even with that practically money down.

yes some do watch or ask for pay stubs to see monthly income and YTD info.

Start by filling divulge the 5405. Determine if you are eligible and the amount.Then do the 1040X, starting at line 10. Complete lines 10-23 and the explanation on the back.Include a copy of your closing papers, subscribe, mail and wait 16 weeks before calling.

If they ask for it, certain. More than likely an ascribe app will ask you for that anyway. If they don’t ask then don’t tell. Whatever you’re applying for you have to ask yourself if it’s worth risking losing whatever new toy your hoping to get when it shows up on your credit report. Ask them up front if your bankruptcy will disqualify you. It’s not personal ya know.
