Do I need to put down tax credit amount on student loans application?

I am applying for my student loan application and my parents need to provide details of their income. My mum recieved tax credit and I was just wondering do you think I should put this down? The less my parents earn, the more grant I recieve. On the form they must fill in, it does not mention anything about tax credit. What category would this fall under anyway? Do you think I can get away with not putting it down?

How will consumer credit counseling affect an application for a student loan?
