A customer came in to buy a dog with his wife. When filling out the forms I used his name but his wife signed the form. A few days later the customer didnt pay. For 2 month, yes 2 months, my boss didnt say take anything out of my checks. Then i quit my job and on my last check he took out $300 dollars leaving me only $36 on tat check. Can he legally do this?

when applying for a job, employers are asking for credit check form WITH the application?

loika61 asked:

Hey there- I am applying for jobs and noticing that many companies require you to fill out the credit check application or background check and hand it in with your application. This requires your date of birth prior to the interview (along with SS# for all to see) How does this conflict work with the potential of age discrimination? My prior company did these after offer and results dependent upon actual hire. Any thoughts?

Will I receive a copy of the background check?

A True Blue Fan from Philly asked:

I signed a release (stated the FCRA info within it) to have a consumer report or an investigative consumer report (I guess that’s a background check) done. I’ve accepted the job offer and wondered if I will also receive a copy of the background check? Also, what is the accuracy of these reports? If they’re like credit reports, they could be full of errors!
