It probably didn’t go through.
You might call them in a day or two and ask them about it just to be sure.
If it had processed, and it had gone through twice, you might explain the problem you had with their system and request that they combine both inquiries and only report them as a single inquiry.

You can…but they will likely pull it anyway. Can’t hurt, especially if the one you bring is different from the one they pull.

They will most likely pull one….*maybe* 2 but that costs them more $$

a credit reference usually refers to a company or person you have been making payments to, such as a credit card, bank loan, car loan, etc. It needs to be a place you have a good credit history with, though. If you have no credit, then put N/A in the blank.

if session expired, it did not go through–timed out. You will not damage your credit with an incomplete application, so feel free to try again, or contact the bank issuer directly and fill out form at a branch. Keep a COPY of anything you submit for your records.

This means that your ratio of total credit card balance to total credit line is too high. Your actual credit card balance itself doesn’t matter, what matters is the percentage of your total credit line that balance represents. If you have a $300 balance on a $500 limit, that’s 60% of your credit line. Ideally, this ratio should be below 30%, but in the current climate some lenders may require much lower.
