    You would just contact your bank/credit card company first (depending on whether you paid by check or card). Explain the situation to them.

    If the bank/CCC cannot help you (which they probably can’t after so many days), then you would need to contact the company that sent you the game and demand a refund.

    If they give you the runaround, then explain to them that you WILL be contacting an attorney AND the Better Business Bureau. And if your attorney advises you that there has been fraud committed, and the BBB has multiple reports on their company, then you will go to your state’s Attorney General’s office to file a complaint.

    Usually it doesn’t get that far though. Once you say the word “attorney” they cave.
