The Webtraxplus Kiosk is a customer-facing interactive experience that combines marketing and in-store utility to maximize the customers time and experience in the retail showroom. The platform started out with our scan to win technology that we developed to give the retailer a lift on their direct mail response rates. Our unique game view technology encourages participation by making the process fun and interactive. Were developing new games all the time so the retailer has their choice from a good selection of games. The system captures the valuable marketing data on the consumer, including name, address, city state and zip, as well as email address and phone number. The retailer has complete control over which fields are asked of the consumer. WebtraxPlus also allows the retailer to add their own custom questions to the registration process. These custom questions can be open text box, yes/no questions or multiple choice. Prizes are determined by the retailer, and the retailer sets the odds of winning for each prize. Because the system is web-enabled, the consumers registration data and answers are available to the retailer 24/7. After the scan event, the system can automatically send the consumer a follow up email with copy determined by the retailer. The system evolved to include credit application on two levels. The first is private label consumer credit, where we interface with multiple consumer credit. This interaction is private, secure and easy for the consumer
